Sasuke put Naruto's backpack on backwards, so he could throw naruto on his back. He had put all the stuff he NEEDED into naruto's bag. Then went out to the front desk and left his bag with the lady there.

He ran off before she could even reply. It didn't take him long to get back, and instead of running to the hospital, he ran straight to the Hokage.
